I just hope that however long Warnock is our manager, some form of succession planning is going on in the background. He cant, and probably doesn't want to, go on for ever. We need to ensure that when he takes his tracksuit off for the last time, the fabric he is weaving into the club persists. Playing style may change, but the work ethic and togetherness must remain.
My ideal scenario would be Bellars as manager and Colin as DoF. The fact that Bellars has applied for jobs (Wales and I can't remember which club) and Colin endorsed them suggests its not a foregone conclusion.
If Warnock is staying for a year or two I think Bellars needs to get some experience in a league club.
