Hello fellow Leeds fans, have come over from 606. I've got a few quick points to make. i) We seem to be suffering from a lack of confidence, hear me out. Having done the hard work and taken the lead against Derby and Watford, within a few minutes the opposition were level, and shortly after had both taken the lead. Look at the game against Forest, and the way we were playing before Cohen decided to give McCartney flying lessons and was sent off, we looked like rabbits in the headlights. Compare this to how we played in the second half when we had a two goal cussion, we were a totally different side. One win in 6 is not great, but if you look the middle of the season, we lost twice in 22, a little motivation please.... Last point, we need a defensive coach. Why not offer Radebe a rolling years contract to get our defense in order? M.O.T
Yes and yes. We need more leaders on the pitch who will refuse to let games slip away from us and we definitely need a leader behind the scenes who will organize our defence and midfield. I'm sure Snodin, Miller and co are lovely guys but they just aren't doing their job well enough when you look at how many goals we're conceding. Real shame Kisnorbo's out and a real shame we never brought in an experienced head to run the show in midfield. Jake Livermore might have the potential, but he sure ain't reached it yet.
