We find our club in more need of some confidence than any other time since we were faced relegation from the Premiership. The fans have lost confidence in the manager, the chairman and the club.... The manager is doing what all men do when faced with difficult situations.... The chairman is missing and not providing any kind of leadership.... So who is going to stand up and be counted?
imo it's time for Bates to stand up and be counted, and get rid of Grayson. I cannot believe every player we have has suddenly become cr*p, every defender has forgotten how to defend etc etc and I can only hope that with effective management, and some (dare I say it) experience and ideas, a good manager will get them playing as a team again. Bates said promotion is a must this season, well I guess we are about to find out if he meant it or if it was just empty words.
