The Rooney ban will be over turned when we appeal. Even so the ban does not affect us and we will appeal and it will be over turned.

It is time to sell Rooney because these issues could cost us in the future.

I can see this turning into an argument, which involves many of our own fans. <laugh>

No chance. The FA will never change their mind here. If they let Rooney off it will set a terrible precedent. Rooney has been made an example of. It's about time someone punished him for his petulant behavior. He is not alone but hopefully this will make players think twice before acting like immature thugs on TV.

People that support Rooney's behavior only serve as evidence that this behavior needs to be crushed as it sets a bad example to impressionable kids.

Er LN17, did you just propose to sell Rooney because he is likely to get suspended in the future? You do know that selling Rooney would be like having a permanent suspension right?

Besides he basically won you the game from a losing position on saturday, is that not worth a suspension?

So even though in your opinion the ban will be overturned and there will be no damage done you still want Rooney to be sold on the basis of this issue, which even you say is not harmful to your chances of title success?
