I haven´t looked forward with such anticipation
To a home game for many a year,
Not since just after Gunn´s decapitation
And Paul Lambert got his ´all clear´

    His first game ended, I remember, 5 - 2
    Against Wycombe, that August day,
And anything similar today, here, would do
To get his crusade under way

Comparisons between them are easy to make
Both Scots with a will of their own,
With an energy and drive that´s not easy to shake
The sort who just won´t be put down

Whether we will see the same sort of success
    No-one here can possibly tell,
But all outward signs suggest positiveness
Which can really only bode well

The vibes from the players seem positive too
And if belief can now abound,
Then ´Come on you Yellows´, go do what you do
And make it a good day all round. OTBC

I'm right there with you on this RBF, I've not felt this excited for a very long time! Nothing is in the bag yet, but all the signs are there!

Too true Dave - I think what has so far impressed me the most about Mr. Neil, is not just what he´s said, but particularly how he´s said it. He comes across as being very genuine, very believable, very clear in his own mind and at ease in himself. All first rate qualities, which, if the players can relate to, ought to in turn, bring the best out of them.

Hi bors, under a new manager the players have to perform to keep the dreaded P45 out of their hands. First team selection for AN, looking forward to its composition.

The vibes are good, just remains now to see if the players can regain their confidence and get us up the table. On balance we have a very strong squad, just short in one department, Pilks has not been replaced on the left wing. Lafferty is not a left winger although he always does his best for the club. Cannot be faulted for effort. Always a good player to have on the bench.

Hi RBF bor, just read an article on our country cousins fellow site, see the Sear of Doom. ColMike is now infesting their site. Still getting his facts wrong !!!

The website mentioned in the thread gives insight into our financial status, we are looking good.

Oh dear - whenever the ´prophet of death´ turns up, things usually take a turn for the better, so we could do with him returning north of the border :D
