Excellent first half, which we bossed. The build up for Gary Roberts' goal was sheer class. Mark McNulty went close with a lovely shot on goal. The Cherries took control as soon as Matt Ritchie and Mark Pugh came on. We deserved a draw today, but we gave a very good performance against Bournemouth. Also nice to see the game shown first on Match of the Day, and the positive comments about Pompey and their fans, made by the pundits in the studio.
Makes you feel proud doesn't it; even if you do lose. Unlucky. Great effort. Best of luck for the rest of the season.
