    Not that I'm bitter or vindictive or anything but hope they smash Villas back doors in

    Although there is the flipside that Villa end up focusing on the cup more than the league...

    Either way, Villa are in big trouble in my eyes

    It's a bit catch-22 for Villa. If they write-off the cup and field a weakened side, they become a laughing stock for going out to a league 2 side, if they go for it, they risk injuries, tiredness, and if they make the final, then their fans will no doubt want focus on that.

    and rochdale - apparently the only other fourth tier team to get to the league cup final - in the 1060s against Norwich

    Frightening thing is that I as there - behind the River End goal. The chap in the suit was Bert Westwood who was Club Secretary for so long that he was probably in that role during the Battle of Hastings.

    I'd love this to go to penalties, and Bradford win. It'd both knacker and crush Villa. Sadly, I think it's unlikely.
