    They are clearly desperate.
I can see a longer ban being given now...

The centre-half was dismissed following a lunge on Aaron Lennon in the second half at Goodison Park.
Coloccini faces a three-game ban, meaning he will miss the derby clash with Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Easter Sunday, but Newcastle hope to have the ban overturned.
Their appeal will be heard on Tuesday and if they fail Coloccini will miss the games against Arsenal, the Black Cats and Liverpool.

Wow Carver is even more stupid than I first thought. A two footed challenge, whether dangerous or not, is not something worth appealing.

    can't see us winning
in fact, have we ever overturned a decision
I remember that they did Williamson at Bolton with the most crappiest video evidence
were you couldn't see anything that happened

Im annoyed Colo has failed to apologise firstly, secondly the rumour has it that Colo will be returning to argentina if his appeal is not successful. Spose if it they do add another game, he can spend more time in his home country.

Dont worry bout the 1000's of fans who have bought season tickets or match tickets, absolute disgrace if its true

What exactly are they appealing against? It was a clear red card offence carried out from frustration l suspect.
If he is suspended and intends to return to Argentina during this time, l would really expect the club to tell him in no uncertain terms that he cannot go!
Why should he get a three week holiday for letting everyone down?
It really is time that someone injected a little discipline and professionalism into our joke of a club

A frivolous appeal if ever there was........I'd be surprised if they didn't give him another game for his troubles.

Carver's a flute for even suggesting it.
