Fantastic to see that CC got a Special Supporter award from the club. The man is an absolute legend. You can meet him any match day next to the Charlton shop, he's always willing to talk Charlton to anyone and will answer any queries you have on our history. If he doesn't know the answer he'll look it up and have the answer for you next week. Terrific guy.
I wonder how many other clubs can boast two such accurate and comprehensive encyclopaedias of their history as his books (or even one for that matter)? Do even the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool or Arsenal have anything to compare? This is not a rhetorical question. I really don't know the answer. All I know is we are lucky to have him.
