Well we have an incredibly important game coming up on Tuesday night and following on from an impressive yet ultimately disappointing result from Saturday I remain optimistic of Town getting a result out of this. In the last match Fyvie played in a central role in front of the defenders and held break up attacks whilst Hall was sat as an attacking midfielder behind eaves. Goldson was selected infront of Winfield and interestingly from reports Mkindawire seemed to be freed up slightly and played a better game. Hopefully town can build on this and we can incorporate Atajic into the game plan somewhere, perhaps Hall or Eaves might miss out on a start. Let's just hope that the squad who travel and all those wonderful away supporters have something to cheer themselves with on their travels back to Salop. Come on you Blues
A pitch inspection has been called for 9.30am tomorrow for our somewhat waterlogged pitch. The current weather forecast is for more heavy rain between 4am and 8am here in North Essex, so it looks like an postponement is likely... Considering our respective form: Our current form: P 06 W 04 D 01 L 01 F 14 A 04 +10 (2nd) Your current form: P 06 W 01 D 00 L 05 F 05 A 13 -8 (23rd) That will probably to be to your advantage, as we'd be looking for a 4 or 5 goal win against you lot this week. Whereas by the time we get to a rearranged date we'll probably be in rubbish form again.
4 or 5, not a chance. Actually slightly confident that we can get a result after the events of the last week.
