    It's been a disappointing transfer window so far, securing Bruno should have been done sling time ago, and as if yet we really haven't looked like replacing or reinvesting the Arnie money. Net result = 0 shots on target.

    As much as I am disappointed with Hughes (I do feel he could use the squad better) the club have let him down with a lack of direction and available money.

    As you said - no shots on target !!!!

    The only consolation (if there is one) - we didn't ship 4 goals

    Yes and no mate. The performance was overall pretty decent, but it's one in the loss column and zero points. That's what the table says, regardless of what the performance is like.

    I do feel more optimistic as we seem solid, with Bruno still to slot in as well, but our final 3rd contribution is ghastly.

    Yes, but Rooney scoring on his second 'debut' was always going to happen IMO especially as we were the opposition. I wonder if any other team would have 'allowed' him to score?
