    Peter Coates gave a detailed and legthy ineterview on which our local rag took the courtsey of reporting on.

    Dont have it in front of me, but it went along the likes of;

    Awful game.
    Poor Perfomance.
    Ref was ****.
    Tony's Gutted.
    The management team need to review who did what and what didn't work.
    Tony will get them up for the QPR game.
    Slight comparison to Man U's defeat to Man City.

    Now, depending on how accuratley it has been reported, it does seem like Coates was trying to soften the dissapointment of the Bolton game and infer that as a club they are not happy. Nice to see this as in the past Coates has been very dismissive of fans reactions, but my take is that Coates was acknowledging that the current run was unaceptable!

    Wouldnt go so far as to say this was the dreaded vote of confidence, but it is at least some way to softening the blow!

    Thoughts?

    Smithers, he couldn't really say anything else could he?? Man Utd v City, absolutely nothing to do with it.
    Glad to hear Pulis is gutted, there's a shame then.
    I should bloody well hope he IS, but even HE MUST KNOW that putting out a side like that, set up like is asking for a thrashing, also, he MUST see the guys on the training ground every day. It's not rocket science.

    Then again, it's HIS money so he can say what he wants, or what he thinks he can get away with.

    If it was my money, I would be publicly furious, embarrassed AND seriously pissed off at the waste of MY money
