For anyone who doesn't like flying or fancies not having the hassle of getting to airports, transfers etc the Swans Travel Club are considering running a coach to the Europa game leaving on Wednesday 11th December and returning on the Friday 13th. Further details can be obtained by contacting Ugo via email [email protected] by next Monday 30th September at the latest so that he can see if there is enough interest. Thanks.
Would it be safe to go? I've seen you robbing in the services before and I don't fancy a Swiss or French jail
I'd love to go, but have obligations of my own FC København vs. Real Madrid on december 10th! BTW I'm doing my fair share of travelling come october 17th...
Oh you are alive then!!!! I was going to send a search party out for you, but I was worried you might eat them.
Theres a cheaper coach trip to St Gallan - leaves Town at 6.30pm on Thursday evening and gets to The Liberty at 6.45. £3.50 return.
The coach leaves on Wed 11th Dec early travelling brought the channel tunnel and then to Switzerland in time for tea. There's 2 nights accommodation in a local hotel, transfer to and from the stadium, departing Friday morning after breakfast to arrive back in Swansea late Friday evening. Total cost is £345. They need to know by this Friday at the very latest if you wan to go.
Thanks for putting up the details Dilligaf, have a friend who would love to travel abroad but won't fly so was unable to come with me to Malmo, Petrolul or Valencia. Am hoping this trip does go ahead but we need to have at least 30 to make it viable so if anyone is interested please get in touch with Ugo. Have travelled on a coach to southern Spain when Swans were on tour down there a few years back and although it is a long journey the coaches are really comfortable and you can chill out without the hassle of waiting for plane connections, transfers to hotels etc...
Sounds a cracking trip. If I was young free and single (or old, hitched and retired) I would be on the bus. Unfortunately I'm in the middle............
