http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...gland-debut-against-Slovenia-on-Saturday.html About bloody time, too. DTLW
Can't see how he could play Chambers ahead of Clyne based both on present form and the need to at least see Nat. However, we never cease to be amazed by international managers. Glad you have not been put off providing us with a link
As you are not afraid of giving out your number to women, can I have it so I can give you a good talking to. Be afraid, be very afraid.
Good news. Will have to watch the game now unless the Telegraph is wrong in which case I will just keep moaning about how stupid Hodgson is to play Chambers.
Who is going to open "The Book" on where Clyny will go next season? Evens - Manure 2/1- Scousehampton 3/1 - Arenhole 4/1 - Spuds etc, etc
http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2014/nov/11/southampton-nathaniel-clyne-england What was he thinking when he got that inking......
Did he really say that. Love it. Hope he has a blinder tomorrow and shows everyone how far ahead of the competition he is.
Yeah, he did. Not that he said it quite as directly as the newspaper headlines make out, but I think there's a bit of the... how the hell did that donkey Johnson keep his England place for so long..[?] in his interview. We're all mystified too. FBs are defenders who are [hopefully] very good at attacking. But they must be, first and foremost, defenders. Not the other way around.
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/england-new-boy-nathaniel-clynes-4630481 Apparently Clyne turned down United to come here in order to get more game time. I didn't know that, but his progress here has vindicated his decision.
I remember reading something about that when we bought him from palace ......let's hope he continues to think that way.
