    AHA!!! Further evidence that we're in the poo! This is obvious to anyone who is not stupid that they are using this as an excuse to get a demolition firm in to give them a quote to knock down the whole place!

    "Controlled manual demolition" = Someone beating the cr*p out of it with a sledgehammer. <laugh>

    That is going to be one very large piece of metal - this must equate to a substantial piece of sponsorship - thank you PHB and can't wait to see the finished article. <ok>
