Match Day Thread Club or Country Chairboys v Pompey 4th Dec 22

Today the knockout stage of the World Cup kick's off but tomorrow the Chairboys restart their league campaign with the visit to Adams Park of promotion chasing Pompey and after having two weeks without a game we will be looking to put a dent in their dreams and boost our own.
Gaz is close to having a fully fit squad with Curtis Thompson getting close to a return but JJ serves the second game of his three game ban.
I won't be in attendance as I have to go to a granddaughters birthday party luckily it is early so hopefully I will be in front of the TV by 12.30 to watch the lads get the result we need

That was a pretty good performance I thought. Mehmeti MOM but I thought Grimmer played well too. Well, they all did. That would have been a cheeky goal for Sam Vokes just after he came on

 

We played some good stuff both Wycombe and England hopefully a good month to look forward to

 

That don't look good from a manager who made a complete mess of the first half for Pompey they were awful
