    Per the HDM, the club has opened discussions with Phelan's representatives regarding a long term deal to become City's permanent manager. I would suspect the negotiations would be wrapped up pretty quickly so long as the terms are acceptable for all parties involved.

    You'd think the Chinese might want to wait until they're officially in charge otherwise the Allams will get some credit in the future if it all works out well.

    Phelan nominated for manager of the month alongside Davies being nominated for player of the month. Tremendously well done by both of them.

    I bet there's a few got quite good odds when the likes of Zola and Coleman were favourites, seems like ancient history that after the last few weeks!

    I believe they'll be officially announced as the owners at the start of next week, so no reason why they should wait.

    Crossing fingers the new owners are made aware of the cynical attempts at rebranding that the Allams had been undertaking and order the name to be re-instated as Hull City on the OWS, tickets, programmes, merchandise, signs etc.

    I dont see how we can improve om MP. He seems the astute tactitian, the players respect him and I think he was responsible for a couple of the new signings coming here. Give him his chance he has more than deserved it.
