What utter rubbish he gone out and signed 3 players 2 of what he does not even play and puts them on the bence and the other one makes no difference to our team when ever man and his dog sees we need a center back. Every thing Clive says is spot on.

We have already got 9 defenders on the books. By my calculations that's 2 for each position + one extra. Larry probably knows he can't get better than what he has with such a tight budget. He probably is a little baffled by what's going wrong, I know I am. Something is wrong in training but I couldn't tell you what they could do to improve. The players individually are actually generally quite good, just they aren't coordinating properly and as someone pointed out earlier, they seem out of sync with the midfield and forward players. I can imagine he's not allowed to get any more backroom staff in, as it'd take money out of the club that Bates wants to put into building something pointless.
Without the debt, I bet our squad spending is up there with most top 6 Championship teams and I do think we need to grow stadium and non match day income. The club really need to replace west stand in next few years but must move banqueting to east stand first! My only fear is that the ground is now owned in Virgin Islansd by another mystery company Bates claims not to know who owns!
It's blatantly obvious it's owned by him or he wouldn't be so keen to develop it. He's a ****ing crook. I can't see any reason to boost non-matchday income before making it to the Premier League, especially when the things he's developing are known to be a waste of ****ing time. See Chelsea Village. In the Premier League we'd be a sure bet for safety with our current financial situation, so I don't see the point in wasting time on all this until we're established in the Premier League.

Just because he can't get better, it doesn't mean that he has to get worse! Collins made us worse last season and O'Dea has this season.
