Simple. New manager syndrome. We actually won a couple of games when SOD arrived, although that seems like years ago now

Taking a quote from a Derby website about Clough, "He's transformed the youth set up and was building a long term plan"

    Sound familiar?

I wouldnt have said no to Clough but I do think he is from the same mold as the likes of SOD and McInnes, having this long term plan when I dont think managers have that luxury anymore but if SOD has a long term plan of how many seasons and was currently sat mid table then I dont think fans would be on his back.

I think most of us didnt believe the bookies saying we would finish top 3. I think most of us thought we would be around the playoffs but I doubt anyone would think at this stage we would be bottom without a win to our name.

A long term plan is fine if you are an established club safe in your respective division and get a reasonable percentage of wins along the way during the process.

The mirror opposite of us in fact
