    Swords and others

I am posting this because in this report Clive has got it spot on (imho)
It may be considered too long and wordy by some (Swords) but please read it...it is spot on by some one who was there, some one who was there and loves the Rs....He is giving a very honest opinion of our situation...which is worrying to say the least.

OMG. I know your concentration wanders if the article is more than a couple of paragraphs long but you don't have to comment quite as briefly as that. What did you really think?

He's got it spot-on. There seems to be an air of the Paul Hart 'reign' about the team at present, ironically that ended with Warnock's appointment if my memory is right.

I think the biggest culprit in this whole sorry saga is TF himself, capable of conjuring up the 'Anti-Midas touch' at the drop of a hat I'm beginning to wish he'd just f*ck off back to wherever he's been the past few months. The man seems genuinely cursed and I'm beginning to fear we'll end up in a relegation battle despite the so-called 'big names' who stayed with us.

Whatever happens, I think Ramsey will be gone within weeks, he's lost the players and, worst of all, he's lost the fans...

Good grief, all things QPR are far worse than I'd realised. TF said earlier this week '' Going up is the world to me. ''
He would of been probably nearer the mark if he'd said '' Staying up is the world to me. ''
It would certainly have been more apt because our lack of performances and application along with our copious goals against reek of a team heading for relegation.

Wow thoroughly depressed now. Really didn't like to hear about the Polter abuse, think he could have been a real asset in this league, looks like the c*nt section of our fanbase have decided he ain't getting a chance. Are we now at the lose on Tuesday night and CR is gone stage?

Agreed, we don't need fellow fans bagging a player, especially when he's trying to have a dig for us.
If a player is crap and not putting in a shift, then we'll bag him but racial abuse is not on.

What I'd give for a team that's well-executed, fit, hardworking, well drilled, in a very set shape, with every player knowing their role.

Can't believe that there's zero improvement at the back can only assume the coaches use the International breaks for a dirty weekend with the missus rather the organizing the shambles it is.

Can't take as gospel anything I read on here, but if that stuff about abusing Polter is half true we got some people following us who the Club should ban from our Club forever, if they can be reliably identified.

    Missing the point is Clive.

He talks about critics saying he doesn't get why mistakes by players are his fault.

What he doesn't realise is that a managers job is simply to improve the probability that we will win. Of course he can't control individual moments but his selections affect the probability of winning or losing.

Selection of Henry, Konchesky and Perch no matter what, continually crazy subs, sticking rigidly to a formation that hasn't worked, moving centre back pairings around after a run of victories, Faurlin somehow being our 5th choice for his position, taking too long to allow Sandro back in the team but allowing Angella and Tozser to walk straight in, not being capable of stringing together a single decent performance all season. That's all Ramsey's fault.

Individual moments he can't control but 9 months of ****e can't be excused and is unarguably down to his poor performance lowering our probability of winning

The majority of the fan base know that with Pearson, Rowett our probability of winning improves. So chasing Ramsey out the club is best thing fans can do for the club

Also believe Ferdinand should go. He should have gone for Warburton and David Weir but instead went for Ramsey because he's his mate and imagine considering his outspoken views on Rooney Rule because he is black.

Can't run a football club biased by positive discrimination. With proven talent like Warburton around it is a sackable offence to go for Ramsey who had been a disaster in his 4 months in charge.

    Les out

    Ramsey out

    Here we are again
    Stacking up the sorrow
Cherry picking the poor points because you haven't had instant success
TF sticks his face in and tweets about going up
The fan base is fickle ... In fact idiots if they are using energy to abuse a player live ... I hate that what the crowd did to Bosingwa for example
    It effects the entire club

I would like CR to stay and build his team and finish 14th then push on next season. Why? Because it's look very likely that's where we will be

NW may have a great effect so everyone should wait until then

Picking new names out of the hat is easy. You can only get things to work if you stick at it

QPR don't currently deserve to be a top flight club ... Time people accepted that

"The answer to “how many managers do QPR need to sack and not improve before QPR realise it’s not the manager that’s the problem?” still seems to be “at least one more.” The hunger for another for another change is seemingly becoming ravenous."

    This plus DTs comment.

Question: if results fail to improve can we blame Warnock (and apparently Derry) as well as Ramsey?

Agreed, but we do of course want our club to be successful regardless of the current mess particularly with a significant investment still being made by the owners. When the side is shipping at least two goals a game it is right and proper to question the coaching, team selection and tactics as Clive does here. Ramsey could and should make changes when things are going so obviously wrong in a key area of the game.

Long way to go lads IMO
Certainly difficult to understand the players we have aren't doing better. CR must be cross inside as we are blessed with talent
I am certain that if we get a few clean sheets and a few wins then the fickle will lay off or tone down maybe just to ripping the odd player to bits
I am a dreamer on here and of course what to win but we really should accept that we just need to stay in this league at the moment
TF again has sent out the worst possible message to fans who he has sold a pack of rubbish
He really is looking very stupid at times. All was good when everyone had optimism on the promises but sorry he has really failed
I would respect him more if he knocked his ego into touch and said lets consolidate in the championship and go again when we are ready .. when we deserve it and when we are ready as a football team and more importantly when we are a club

CR was an experiment. He was TR's experiment (in the absence of a "dream manager"). He was untried as a manager, just as Sir Les was untried as a D of football. I've seen a post on here comparing his situation to Sir Alex who had average results in his first couple of years at ManU. The big question is - has Ramsey shown enough potential, in his time in the Prem and so far this season, to justify giving him more time?

Increasingly, and in particular because of his complete inability to stop a desperately badly leaking defence, the answer seems to be - no.

If he has potential, let him try to realise it managing a team in League 2 - QPR should get in a manager who has been tested and shown to have the necessary capabilities.
