Is Dempsey a one season wonder or has he always been a great striker?

Wow...

 

Just like most decisons I make I was right to have him in my dream team. Sometimes I have to say I'm usual right about everything because to be honest I just am.

I've been impressed with his work rate and ability for the past few seasons but this year he has been outstanding!

 

On another note Chelsea have just got the most offside goal I've ever seen in my life. FFS

That decision was absolutely outrageous FFS .

 

First noticed Dempsey when he scored against England at 2010 World Cup.
Good player - always worth having in Dream Team as normally cheapish.

 

He's a class act

 

I'd sign him for the right price. He could come in really handy.

But he's 29 so we probably wont

 

If you look at his goal-scoring record for Fulham you'd see that he's consistently been impressive for us, yes this season he has been at his impressive best, but to say he's gone from zero to hero would be inaccurate.

"He scores with his left, he scores with his right, that boy Clint Dempsey makes Drogba look ****e"

 

Last night Lawro and Hansen both said that Dempsey is certainly the best outfield import from the U.S. I don't think that quite covers it being as though his rival would be Brian McBride and he didn't quite match Dempsey at all. Even at 29 he has at least 2 more years in this league as a stand-out in my opinion.

 

Him and Freddie Eastwood up from would be mint.... Clint and Eastwood!

 

He's good. (Well recently). But he's sort of come good late in age, unfortunately. Maybe the way Fulham plays now Woy has gone suits him more.

Sort of hated the guy after we played them at the Cottage.
