This is what you get for playing with yourself during English lessons.
    Try it again like this:
"...you gone fugging mad pal? Get a life."

    Comma needed after 'pal'.

No, because the question ended with "pal". The rest is an instruction.

I beg to differ! Vocative case demands a comma.

I see your beg and raise you a beg.
Vocative case is irrelevant here because he had essentially created two sentences.

I beg even more.....the comma is needed in your first sentence to emphasise the vocative case.

Beggering on, why on earth would you need a question mark and a comma at the end of a sentence?

Oh dear me!!!! My big error in the original statement.
I beg your pardon!!! The comma should be BEFORE pal.
Begging your pardon but also begging to differ again!!!

    I'm like that with trans.

Do they know who's doing what, with what and to whom?

There was a queer in Khartoum.

Took a lesbian up to his room.

    They argued all night.

    Over who had the right.

To do what and with what, to whom.

Trolley buses were my favourite though. I thought the bloke with the long stick to put the arms back up to the wires, had the coolest job ever.
