Clichy wants Liverpool Move

Arsenal fullback Gael Clichy wants a move to Liverpool. The Sun says Clichy will dig his heels in to try to
force a move to Liverpool. The Arsenal left-back is a wanted man after talks stalled on a new deal, with just 12 months left on
his contract. Roma have offered £7million for the French
defender - £2m more than the Reds. But Clichy, 25, prefers Anfield to Italy, and is
prepared to hold out and hope the Gunners will do
business with Liverpool. Kop boss Kenny Dalglish is desperate to bring in a left-back after Glen Johnson had to play out of
position for long periods on the left last term.

It's not surprising really - Why move to Italy if you're comfortable in England? I imagine Comolli has had a word with him and convinced Anfield is the right place to go.
