    FFS I see Cleverley is now out until Christmas. I'd really like to see this kid get a run of first team games to show what he can do but he seems to keep picjking up these injuries.

    Although it may serve to highlight to SAF the need to strengthen our midfield in January.


    The lad must be so frustrated.

    I don't think we are missing Cleverley to the extent some people are making out. I think its Carrick's absence that has been a large reason why we haven't been strong defensively (from midfield) and Anderson underperforming.

    But we are missing energy and the ability to move the ball and ergo our play upfield substantially and Cleverley is good at doing that.

    I'm not saying we're missing Clevs only that I would like to see him get a run in the team.

    I far from think he is the answer to our midfield problems and that would be alot to put on him at his age. I would like to see what he could do over a number of games though.
