It looks like the old treatment room
Is emptying out <ok>, so that soon,
    All hands and all feet
    Are ready to compete
Which can only be a real boon

With Surman and Ward fit again<somersault>
It puts pressure on other men,
    To keep up to scratch
    In every match
Or else, there´ll be no amen

Which leads me to wonder anew
If we need to add to the crew,
    As much as some say
    They´ve come a long way:emoticon-0107-sweat
And are still up there turning the screw

It wouldn´t surprise me you know
If PL waited with his throw,
    Of the dice till late
    Just before the gate
Closes, if there´s one who could crow....

...that little bit louder than those
Who´re kitted out in yellow clothes,
    With Lansbury :emoticon-0102-bigsm back
    To boost our attack
    I´d say we´re far from comatose:emoticon-0118-yawn:

    And although this Bennett maybe
Does sound a bit like the Gulls knees,
    Sounds as if the cash
    Is too much to splash<grr>
    Unless we trade in McNamee

    Who hasn´t moved mountains I´d say:emoticon-0145-shake
Since he came up this way to play,
    But then Bennett too
    Would find this league new
It´s a risk to take, any old day:emoticon-0112-wonde

And although we have to go for it
The cash, you know, we can´t ignore it,
    Top six or top two
    Either would do
In my view, I still think we´d score it.:emoticon-0102-bigsm OTBC

I agree that there is pressure on every player on the field to keep their place except maybe the strikers. Also hasn't Ruddy been doing well recently? Maybe you could dedicate a poem to him?

Quite agree Marsupial, Ruddy´s very quietly been doing ruddy well lately, probably will be time for a verse quite soon, if he keeps it up.

I was at the Sheffield game, and the save he pulled off with his legs in the first half was top class. I feel the defenders have a lot of confidence in him as well, which always helps the side.

Seriously I wished your 'poems' never followed across as they truly awful!!! For the love of god just make your point properly rather than the nauseating drivel you call rhymes.....no offence, OTCB

I wouldn't expect anything less from a 'dreamer'.
You're outnumbered on here, sir, we all love and appreciate RBF's fine poetry.

Might I suggest that you go away and learn to appreciate the value of true art in ALL it's forms

How can you possibly end something like that with 'no offence'! Its nice to see someone do something a little different, and its not exactly harming anyone is it? OTBC

wilder - no offence taken, each to his own, I certainly won´t be stopping, it´s become far too inbred.

Owain Tudor-Jones the Centre Back? I'm not even sure if he is a centre back, but it sounds about right.

Or maybe he's a Chemist? Although what Oxytechnetium Boride (OTcB) has to do with Norwich City I'm not entirely sure...

Harsh Wilder, I enjoy RBFs poems and they are very good in my opinion. The vast amount and speed in which he composes them is very impressive. Hes just made 8 verses of ryhming words which all relate to a specific Norwich topic and yet still gets it to be as concise and to the point as someone writing a normal article on the same topic. No mean feat.

    Five stars

    hey there daveeeeeey

RBF is an institution, whereas Wilder should be in one.

OTCB? How about 'One talking complete bollocks'?

NCgandy!!!! Your a fairly well liked 606er on the Norwich board - spread the word of not606 to everyone on 606 (including Colu, Binner, Wolves and Leeds fans) so the banter can begin

I decided to eat a leaf earlier today - tasted weird...
