What's wrong with munching on crisps? Especially when their ground's actually called the King Power Stadium these days... This rumour doesn't surprise me at all either. He'll go to Leicester or maybe a lower-end Premiership team and his passing, pressing and goalscoring abilities will all shine and we'll be made to look like idiots once again.
I can actually help you out with a secret recording of his agent talking to NP http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iR6oYX1D-0w Oh and Strach Clayton would in fact be off to the crisp munchers except that as Jerel pointed out we actually play at the King Pow........... ah never mind bag of salt and Lineker anyone
http://www.leeds.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=282087 Warnock feels he can replace Clayton with better quality for around £400k
He can say that all he likes, doesn't make it true. Stinks of Bates telling him he has to sell before he can buy IMO. Think he's off to Norwich myself.
typical, some fans are so gullible. bates tells you he wants too much, before you know it these fans say "good riddance he's just greedy".
BELIEVE ME THEY WILL SELL CLAYTON SNODGRASS and anyone else if the moneys write for the good of the club ! Neil will need a war chest and he certainly wont get it fromStalin!
Lots of mind games going on. Warnock wants stuff done real quick and he is also telling people that he does not believe claytonisworth more than £400k. He is also dissingthe player in public. Not sure this is a good way of doing things. While the player sits back and can see whether there is a good offer. What will Clayton think of this? It reminds me of O'Leary slagging off Bowyer publicly, and that worked out well, huh? But there is nothing to suggest Clayts has done something wrong. Why are we suddenly getting so much feedback in the press?
Way to go Colin, a sure way of making Clayton feel valued- not. There's no way he'll sign a new contract now, and it's obvious NW can't wait for him to leave. The fact we have to sell one of our best players to raise funds is pathetic. Personally if we HAVE to sell someone I'd rather it was Lees than Clayton.
They have bags of money. It wouldn't surprise me if he's on about 30k a week. If Leicester don't get promoted next year then it will be a disaster for them.
