People were clapping Gerrard at every corner and then clapped the Liverpool team out for the second half. Why the **** would you do that?

I shouldn't worry. The last two chances the Hull Reds have had to watch their heroes at the KC they've lost 3-0 and now 3-1.
That's a fitting punishment for them.

Were they? I remember him getting booed by E1 and E2 - not sure I remember them clapping.

Someone asked for Suarez's autograph as he came out of the tunnel.

He left the Hull players well alone though <laugh>

Mostly women. Happened around me. Had 2 young hull reds in front of me, maybe 10 and 12, who arrived Liverpool fans, I think they left as hull fans. Their dad didn't seem too pleased about them joining in the city songs and cheering us on, but he didn't dare tell them to stop <laugh>

Thats a bit far, polite applause for an England international with over 100 caps is something that should be done but he got polite applause no more. Brady got far more than that.

Agree with Wilson he deserves respect but not while the game is on and he's trying to score against us.

    Brilliant, haha.

No clapping in E2... though it was funny when McGregor came out for the second half - the Liverpool fans clapped him and he just turned his back on them <laugh>

I think our fans should get credit for fair play clapping opponents, for a lot of kids Gerrard is a hero for England. Maybe the ladies like him too, who knows. I saw the guy asking for Suarez autograph and to be fair why shouldn't he, the guy is a world-class player. You can't put Gerrard in the category of somebody like John Terry, I'd sooner cut my arms off than clap him

So you'd clap and clammer for the autograph of the confirmed racist-biter? Nice.
