As I dislike both teams, I think the best thing that could happen is 2 red cards per team and 4 goal match. That would be a hell of a final!

The way I see it though, I know loads of Man U fans. And I don't know any Barca fans.
Therefore, I'd want Barca to win, as I wouldn't have to put up with all of the 'we are the best. blah blah blah.' crap from the fans

One fan in particular just PISSES me off and I would love nothing better than for him to be shot down after all the 'champione. champione.' statues on facebook. The type of fan who denies that the 'great' Man United could ever lose a game. (in particular, ranted and ranted and ranted after the FA Cup loss against City)

 

I reckon they'll both play defensively, and ruin the final.

 

I'd love Barca to win I think they are the best team in the world. Not just the best individuals. They show class, play football like we'd love our team to be able to and Try to blood their youth. They should be what everyone aims for. I dont think they will have it their own way whatever people think of the Man U team they are winners and are much more balanced with Nani and Valencia. If Man U are going to win they literally need to execute every chance they get. Im hoping and thinking Barcelona though.

 

They'll try and cancel each other out and it won't be great to watch but I think Barca have more strength in depth.

 

Probably. All this hype, and it'll probably be crap. Nani will brush past ANY of the Barca team with the slightest of bumps and then they'll both fall to the floor and roll around and Nani'll cry his eyes out like the little baby that he is. Then the play will resume 10 minutes later and Ferguson will do some more complaining.

Then their mummies will arrive at the stadium to pick them up.

I love but Barca but I dont see many goals in this final. Both teams will be edgy as they wont want to give anything away. I'm still going for a Barca 1-0 win.

Of course we wish we were playing in it, but you can't deny that Acid Hippo's prediction for the match is probably true. Maybe not the bit about their mummies picking them up, but the rest is spot on. It'll most likely be a boring match, and near enough every player from both sides will drop like a sack of spuds everytime someone looks at them. Then the referee will give a free kick in a remotely good position to one team, and every member of the other team will crowd round him, including players that have absolutely nothing to do with it... which is the thing I ****ing hate more than anything else in the modern game.

 

I would like to see Man U win for their GENUINE fans as I know a few who have been season ticket holders through the 70's & 80's.

I also know a few who are complete knobs and their idea of winning is by rubbing my face in the fact that 'I can't possibly know how good this feels' not unlike this muppet trouling our board!

But genuingly it's England over Spain anyday.

Really do want Barcelona to hammer Man U, I think it will be another 2-0 to Barce though.

 

Barca to win 33-0, every one of their 11 players with a hatrick, including Valdes with 3 mazey runs from his own box.

 

I would like United to win it as I'm English and it would show the strength of our premier league!
Furthermore, it would piss Liverpool fans off more so that is an added bonus!
