absolutely you are correct, from about 1964 … 66 became "my spot" ..... is that before your time? with the Braby tower in the background my friend lost his life there in the middle 70's [ 74/75? ]
Yes 64 - 66 was before my time.
That photo was taken in 1990, if I’m correct we previously went the season before without scoring from a corner. And this game was Mark Azilwood’s first game for us and he scored from a corner. I was in the Enclosure at the time.

one of the amazing things about being in the open end … a bit cheaper entrance .. was on cold nights everyone in the ground suffered … but over a period of 30 odd years probably got drenched only a dozen times! and maybe a couple dozen times quite damp.... remember one game it was cold wet very windy and rain was splattered with icy particles THAT STUNG! … snow fell on Dundry!
