I tried accessing old matches and also got the comment about not having the Video package for 5.99, when you click the link it's a 404 error so looks like they're still setting it all up. I appreciate they've had to get it all sorted quick so have prioritised current season stuff but hopefully all sorted in the next few weeks.
I guess you saw my post that the streaming service had replied to me saying they will take this issue up with the developers and get back to me. So I'll let you know what the outcome is.
Just got a response to the issue of no subscriptions. Apparently, if you pay the 140 pounds for a full annual pass it does not count as a subscription hence the no subscription message even though you can watch all the games. They realize it’s confusing and are working with the developers to come up with a solution.
I think "Andrew" is the whole support team and must have just come back from his holidays as I just got a reply to my Saturday query today.
Just curious to know if anyone on here has successfully bought this Video package £5.99? I am still waiting for the club to get back to me, which it is a few days now since their message, but I still keep getting this 404ERROR message.

I've got it and had no problems with it or signing up for it. I'm in the UK and don't have any other packages so no idea if this is helpful to you.
Thanks for letting me know, how long ago was that? I know one or two who signed up just after it was launched, and wondered if problems occurred after this?
For a club that has been generally so sure footed dealing with fans, making overseas subscribers to a season pass for video also have to fork out for highlights seems unnecessarily clumsy.
I have finally found a way to pay, which didn't work before but now seems to. If you try through the prompt by click on a video, rather than take you to the pay page, is just says 404ERROR. So rather than do it though the laptop I tried again through the app on my iphone and this time it worked.
Good news that you have sorted it. For your information I signed up within 48hrs of it being launched.
Right, thanks for letting me know, it seemed to have worked okay early on but then developed issues, I guess they are slowly ironing the bugs out.
Why have they made buying tickets so difficult? This is a real own goal. Living in London, I’ve regularly gone to away games yet because I haven’t a clue what my or his customer number is, I don’t seem to be able to buy tickets this season. Surely there should be an easier way?
Something odd with the stream tonight, it is showing at present game countdown in 5 hrs 34 min, and stream not available?
Anybody having issues to access today's match?? I watched the two previous ones but today it doesn't recognize my subscription if I click on it, it sends me to pay again. What a mess
The whole service is a TOTAL MESS. I live inCalifornia and used IFollow for years with absolutely NO PROBLEM. A month ago I began trying to subscribe to the new service on the same basis as my Follow sub...that is paying weekly for each game. After innumerable emails, and occasional responses after 3-4 days waits from a person called "Andrew" telling me to use their Sign On link, which has NEVER worked as it always rejects my Password, despite several changes, I have given up and have settled for reading the game commentary on BBC. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!!!
It's working fine for me in Toronto - I signed out of my VPN, rebooted (Windows desktop) and then signed into Tigers+.
What I found out had changed today, was normally I keep my laptop on UK time, as some sights when using VPN detect the time you are showing on your devise to make sure you are in the country. Up until yesterday, I had no issue watching the games, even though the time on my laptop was UK time. When I went on to connect yesterday, I noticed the countdown clock was stating 5hrs 38 minutes until KO. I suddenly realised that I now needed to change my clock on the laptop to local time here in Vietnam, then it worked perfectly. Not sure whether this might have been your problem?
I do wonder how much they've invested in their server, the picture gets occasional ghosting and seems to stutter particularly at the start of broadcasts. Perhaps they're using a dial up line to save money.
I use the VPN to access the streams. Manage to stream every game (excluding the cup which is an exclusion) without a problem so far. The yearly live subscription is essentially just a discounted pre-purchase of the match passes and gets activated before each game. Annoying that the other video stuff isn't bundled in too. Was frustrating having to make a new account before the season started. Worth noting for anyone having trouble that the log in for Tigers+ isn't the same as your ticket account or the old website.
