I always feel that if I'm in the mood to read some sanctimonious, humourless claptrap, I'll buy a copy of The Grauniad.

It does, however, highlight that City are effectively owned and operated by an Arab oil state with almost limitless resources.

As we've seen, it's all well and good assembling a band of highly-skilled mercenaries, but trying to get all those egos playing as a team poses its own special challenge.

 

City's fan must feel left out so only fair to have a City thread. There's very little to talk about on the football side and the acadamy is only being used as a school so a bit of political blackmail was the only way to go.

 

Do City fans actually exist? Has anybody met one? The only one I can think of is that illiterate oik from Oasis.

I was brought up by one. I've only ever seen others claiming to be so on the internet, and only since 2010. The real life one I know got his first ever ST in 2012/13. Can't imagine why, he never used to go when they charger a quid for half their games. Strange
