Ok, they're up on the board now with B365 - so what are they offering at this very early stage?

We'll assume the relegation options are not worth looking at <laugh>, so let's look at the top end.

City to finish Champions @ 33/1
City to get promoted autos @ 14/1
City to get promotion by any route @ 12/1
City to finish top 6 @ 7/2

Anybody fancy something now before Bale signs?

Whilst we're on the subject, can't understand why the jacks are just @ 5/1 to go up and we're down @ 12/1.

I think I'll have to have a few bob on us bearing that in mind.

Back to the subject matter, is it possible to place a bet on City finishing in a specific place? I reckon 11th.
As you may have gathered, I've not much experience in the world of betting.

Not seen that option offered clingo - at least not with B365 who are the only ones I bother with. You can message them and request quotes for specific scenarios but in my limited experience they are generally declined - probably too much trouble.

A few years back I tried to get a quote for us to finish the season above the wurzels when they were toward the top of the table early on and we were struggling. They came back with "we are unable to quote you in this instance". I would have taken whatever they'd have offered, but they must have known like me that Lee Johnson would cock it up.......<laugh>

Some strange (contradictory?) odds on offer regarding the outcome of the Championship this season.

For instance Hull are just @ 10/1 to get promoted whilst were further out @ 12/1, but we're only 7/2 to finish in the top 6 whilst Hull are behind us on 4/1 - that doesn't make sense to me. The relegation odds also make a mockery of Hull being more likely to go up than us - they're just 11/2 to go down whilst we're out at 7/1 for the trap door.

Best bets at the moment if you want shorter odds and have a lump of cash to set aside for 10 months? With the acquisitions they're making and the side they already had, I'll go for West Brom at even money to finish in the top 6, or even chance it a bit and get 11/4 for them to go up by any route.
