When you have a season like Sam had last year then it would be foolish to think that nobody would want to make an offer for a talented goal scorer to boost their ranks. JET on the other hand has a history of under achieving and would be much less of a target due to his inconsistency. We are stuck between a rock and a hard place with Sam because if he is still here later this year and scoring prolifically then he will be a target for the January transfer window, but if his golden boots have deserted him then we could be in trouble in the league. Neither scenario fills me with confidence, but you never know, and I really believe that if the right team with a good offer comes along then he will be gone. That's just the frustration of being a Bristol City supporter regrettably.
To be fair Mike if he's scoring for fun when January comes around and were looking likely to go up then A) He wouldn't want to leave and B) We wouldn't let him go
