Take a look at the following link: http://www.mcfc.co.uk/ I saw this on Facebook by the way, I wouldn't normally sully my eyes in this way. Look at the little mini-league table on the right. Funny how it misses first place off! Sad bastards.
It was funny seeing Gary Owen accuse United fans of being jealous of City Yeah, I really wish we'd won **** all for the last third of a century
If City were in 3rd, they probably would show United. It's commonplace for websites to show a 5 team snapshot of the league table, with the 2 teams either side of your own included. Don't think there's any thing more to it really.
Yeah, I was going to say that. Although many City fans are very bitter about United I don't see anything odd about that leage snapshot. Maybe if it was the top half of the table and didn't have the top spot on it. Don't care that much, it's all banter and we accept that it's going to come down sooner or later, we'll just replace it with a 19 titles banner.
What do we have to be bitter about ragmongs? Can't resist popping on our website can you glory hunters? I can't believe how many forums have got links to our website from rags,I can assure you I've never been on the Trafford site. Checking out who to support when Baconface has fecked off ?
Being a joke of a club for the last third of a century, while your neighbours are one of the biggest clubs in the world? By the way, "ragmong"? How old are you? As I clearly stated, it was on Facebook. There was no "resisting" involved. We all like a laugh, and City are pretty funny And yet you're on the United page on here... We'll just carry on supporting United. Changing the manager is no basis for changing the team you support. Just as changing the owners shouldn't really gain you extra supporters like it has with City, but there's no accounting for taste.
Glory hunters? This coming from a fan of a club that produced this: http://mcfc.co.uk/News/FA-Cup-countdown/2011/May/Bluffers-guide-to-City "Success means we’ll be welcoming a new generation of City fans from here in England and all over the globe, too, and when our new followers come on board, they’ll be welcomed with open arms into our ‘family’." In other words "we need all the glory hunters we can to fill our half empty stadium"
