Cisse is putting the shirt he wore in the West Ham match up for auction to raise money to help his homeland charity 'Friends of Sedhiou'.

I wouldn't have though it would have raised enough to make much of a difference to building a hospital.

Seems he's been helping them for a while with donations for equipment and supplies. You'd think a few of them would get together and maybe arrange a game that would attract a few thousand paying customers and raise more than an auction for a shirt.

Seems the shirt has been signed by all the players on the day.

Anybody know why the Cisse shirt auction was pulled?

    That's weird?

Maybe he's sooo angry with Senegal he's like "screw them and their lack of proper medical care for rural communities"... Probably just some commercial thing though

When it posted the link it was at £460. If it keeps up at that rate...

From our point of view there was. Would have still bid on it if I'd found the link working, but I wouldn't have gone over £500.
