Heard on talksport this morning, there was interest in taking cisse back there,i`m happy for him to leave lazy player we need a striker at the moment who will chase down everything cisse is not that type and freeing up the wages for another striker to come in seems sensible to me what do you think?
Harry would rather play Adel as a lone striker than Cisse. I know we used different tactics against the top sides but I think that says a lot. Get rid even if we sign one striker. His attitude isn't what Harry wants right now.
We need 1 or 2 good new quick strikers before we let anyone go, and I'd rather keep Cisse than any other striker we have now as he is the most likely to score a few.
I am very disappointed at how things have worked out this season. After his goalscoring exploits the end of last season I was sure he would become a hero.
Can't let him go until we definitely have others coming in else Rob could be playing up front by himself. A bird in the Bush is worth 2 on the maybes
I don't believe HR is stupid enough to want his one true striker to leave. He can improve - just look at the way other players have responded to the new manager. If the player himself wants away then that's another matter of course but I get the impression of someone entirely comfortable in London.
My take - there are strikers that contribute all round - a Rooney for example, who does his bit in defence. And there are those that contribute only in attack - these are something of a luxury but if they score goals, justify their position in the team. Cisse is the latter, and while at his best he is quick and a good finisher, he hasn't right this season. It's no so much he doesn't care, as he gets frustrated from lack of service and becomes disheartened. Then a luxury player becomes a liability. Either he ups his game and Harry focuses on getting the service to him, or he goes, and we get someone who's prepared to drop deep occasionally, to defend and dig the ball out when he's not getting service.
Exactly what I was saying Goldhawk. Cisse needs service and can't play up front on his own...he went through a difficult split up with his wife and when he gets frustrated or no service, I find it disgusting the abuse some QPR fans give him. Best striker we have at the moment....a luxury player, but still the best we got.
When we have a player of the calibre of Rooney let me know and I will adjust my tactical thinking. In the meantime we are missing a footballing fundamental: there have been many times in the last few games where we have had the ball in promising positions but have had absolutely no one in the box ready to strike. HR has steadied the ship in defense and is starting to make things happen in midfield (M'Bia was a revelation in his forward role on Saturday). The final piece of the jigsaw is to take a positive line in attack. Once the current spate of challenging fixtures has abated I full expect to see that happen and Cisse may get his chance.
****ing money he's on finding minge will never be a problem, he is already shagging Philip Greens daughter, that's how heartbroken he is, stop making excuses for the lazy waster
We still will have AJ and BZ to come back, hopefully not too late, to add to our forward play. Not totally in love with either but BZ did score 4 or 5 goals before injury and I think that AJ is quick and skilful if only a short term fix.
That's the biggest load of tosh I've seen posted on here in quite a while. Broke up with his wife? Are you taking the piss mate? The cu*t is on 50-odd grand a week! Are you living in the real world? Honestly Frank, sometimes your posts are unrivalled for their insight and pin point accuracy yet then you come out with something like this! Oh I don't know.
