A little bit of confusion here.

PAFC's official site says that..... "Christian Walton our 17yr old goalkeeper (that has had Premier clubs showing interest in him),...... is spending time gaining insight into the workings of different clubs at different levels, is at present spending time at Brighton.

On the other hand Sky Sports says.......

That Brighton are casting an eye over Christian Walton with a view to a move to the Championship club.

So who is right........if Walton is a sought after player, why hasn't he been given a chance at Argyle........we do need a better keeper than the two we have at present.

Because he is only 17 plymborn and for a keeper to be in a first team squad that is very young. Keepers aren't like other youth players at any club. Obviously the boy has huge potential if others are showing an interest but it is no shock he hasn't played for us. We need money now so if he is saleable then he is going to get sold.

Too young for a keeper at top level, big risk he could get injured. Unless they are a monster, he isnt, strength especially wrist would be a concern. If he does go to a higher level it would be in the reserves for the future not first team I would expect.
