    we dont have to watch our arse. if we keep playing well and getting points on the board we'll go up. simple as that. if we have to watch our back and pray for other teams to lose.. id rather not go up at all.


    Wood is not THAT good mate. he wont decide if Leicester get promoted or not.

    I don't quite know people's point here. Even if we had gone for him we could neither match what Lester pay him AND even if we somehow did he'd still have chosen them for family and location reasons.

    The point is, that one of our competitors has signed a new striker, improving their chances of taking up one of the promotion spots. As they are currently 5-0 up, it's a significant issue.

    Couldn't have put it better myself. This thread could have been about ANY player in the championship, not just a possible transfer target for us, and not because he plays for Leicester!
