yeh but he's exactly what we needed... I think it's daft to pretend him scoring is of no importance to us... it massively is.
He can score 10 each game as long as we keep a gap between us and them. We have played them twice, if he keeps scoring then at some point he will help us out by them beating or drawing with teams around us. As long as we do our part by not letting them catch us..which is the hard part!!
Well that goes without saying but wouldn't this part "not letting them catch us." be easier if they didn't have a prolific striker? They will be 2 points behind us before we kick off.
He's making himself a target for opposing teams like this. He won't score many more hat tricks now. Teams that are unusually reliant on one larker to score are walking a tightrope.

Wish Hull City fans would stop sucking off Chris Wood. Yes, he’s had an excellent start – no doubt about it. But bargain? He cost 2m and is on a reported 30k a week. He’s played and scored against **** Championship teams and Burton ****ing Albion. Remember we beat Bristol C and Huddersfield pretty comfortably too. If Leicester don`t go up in the three years he’s contracted there - he’ll hardly be a bargain. He'll possibly be another link in the heavy chain of fiscal ruin. However, Wood will be good business if his contribution gets Leicester promoted – and only then. But until then, and until he’s starts winning them games and scoring against decent Championship teams, please stop ****ing over him. It’s embarrassing.
