Due to a cock-up with Paypal I overpaid twice over for an international streaming pass. Very worrying time. After emailing the club over a week without response, I saw Chris’s direct email address on here so emailed him direct. Got a reply almost immediately with a promise to sort it on the Monday (this was on a Friday) which eased my mind considerably.
True to his promise I got emails on the Monday informing me that the overpayment was being refunded. I hope the club appreciate what an asset he really is.

Unbelievable bloke. Has sorted things for me when I’ve overpaid in the past too. Type of person the club should be awarding imo

He should be promoted to Steve Davisons post. The bloke is an absolute diamond. He needs a bigger team to work with though given the amount of stuff that gets sent his way. Seems like he is the only one.

Write a letter / email to the club and let them know what a wonderful asset they have. These days people are far more inclined to complain rather than give praise when it is deserved. He has helped me in the past and is a top bloke. <cheers>

Was speaking to him on Monday night. He's a top bloke who should have a team of people working for him - I told him as much and he agreed :emoticon-0140-rofl:

The guy is worth his weight in gold. I emailed him about a mate who was going through a bad time after losing both of his legs with diabetes.

He sorted out some black cats tickets AND a visit from the legend himself Jimmy Montgomery.

It was a day to remember and will never forget what he did.

What is his actual role/title at the club?

sounds like we need to set up a petition to get him promoted.

He’s a credit to the club.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen or heard a bad word said about him.

Supporter Liason Officer, I'm sure he has won 'SLO of the year' in the past as well as lots of clubs have them.

Ideally he would have at least another person under him as I’m sure he has loads to do.

Aye, he used to but the lad left. He posts over the road and is involved with the flags in the Roker end now.

Are ya on Twitter as sometimes if you get hundreds and hundreds of emails (which he will) you can miss some. I found tweeting him helped as well

I never hear anything but praise for this bloke. I bet he is also the type who when he hears/receives praise he thinks "I'm only doing my job".

I think the club got rid, I don’t think it was his decision to leave… He often refers to hating Wycombe as ‘they cost him his job’ (the season they went up via the play-offs and had voted not to carry on the season through covid).
