Cant understand why he dosent play albrighton he's immense; also didnt watch it but did celverley play CM or on the wing ?? Hes wasted on the wing hes more creative than henderson and should take his place in midfield
That's exactly what I was thinking. Cleverly was stuck on the right wing, I always thought he played on the left/central. Muamba is wasted in a 2 man midfield, he is a holding midfielder and he just isn't going to bomb forward. Henderson was completely anonymous and what amazed me was how many times Jones and Smalling had the ball just inside their half and able to travel 30 yards forward- where the hell was the English midfield??
Im afraid; although the players do have to take a lot of the blame; pearce has right cocked up his tactics and did not learn from the two previous games in which we were ****e. Best part about it was the FA did the same thing they did with Capello, they gave pearce a new contract right before we were knocked out of a tournament lol; although i do agree that pearce deserves another chance i just think its funny
You've got that wrong. Where was the Czech midfield was the reason. They sat in their won half. Timmeh from southpark could have made it to the centrecircle uncontested. Pearce needs sacking. His hoof tactics are pointless. HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOF! That's all England did for 3 matches. Not a criticism of our centrebacks but of Stuart's tactics.
