Harry up to his old tricks again.....

Bottom of the Prem, 18,000 ground capacity, £12.5m Trasfer fee and £100k a week......

It appears what happened to us has not taught anyone any lessons.

I am growing more and more frustrated with the modern game.

Hi Mike. Agree with what you say. I'm sure I read a comment from Harry back in December, that he thought it was pointless QPR buying anyone too expensive, during the January transfer window.

Loic Remy & Christopher Samba didn't come cheap, did they ?!

    I agree. It's absolutely ridiculous.

A lot of teams are spending big money this transfer window as next season the amount of money the Premier League will recieve from Sky, BT e.t.c for showing live matches is rising to £5 billion in total for the full league, and the clubs are getting a large share of that.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...r-League-sell-TV-rights-3-billion-BT-Sky.html

It's a big risk Ol' Droopy is taking by splashing the cash, but I guess if it pays off, it will be worth it. On the other hand, it could take QPR to extininction.

This just confirms what I've always thought about Harry- he's nothing without money. He buys the same players everywhere he goes, spends massive amounts of money on average players (Remy and Samba), and pays them more money (both of them) than Spurs' highest earner Gareth Bale, who is on £70,000 per week. Samba is on £100,000 a week- although now it's been revealed it could actually be more like £110,000. Where the hell doe this lead ?? If they're relegated, I'd say liquidation ..

Nevertheless, I don't mind QPR so I'd like to see them stay up this year :)

Once read that Bollock-chops' previous managerial contracts include a part where he gets 10% of the transfer fee for every player brought into the club. Sweet mil for him on Samba alone then. No wonder he likes Crouch so much, takes him to every club he's at and must have made him a fortune alone.
