Well well, we're top of the league.... I can't help but feel that the anxiety and concern of Mr Adam's first eleven isn't actually a reflection on the team but a reflection on his lack of swagger. The Paul Lambert days seem so long ago that when I watch him on match of the day I struggle to connect him with us, but when I really try and remember, I remember a confidence and a swagger that was so powerful that it completely ignored the flaming obvious failings.... Now I'll admit that is a managers job (basically PR manager for the named plc) but what would you rather? The swagger, or the quietly getting on with it? Of course everyone wants both, but this is a marathon, not a sprint and as someone who has run one, to be looking pretty after the first six miles this is something to smile about. OTBC.
