That way Lennon will be able to have a first 11 in mind for SPL (using some of the young players) and a stronger first 11 in mind for Champions League games...

I remember some hun ****wit on here suggesting it meant two separate starting 11s: one for Europe and one for the SPL.
I'm sure it was Medro.
Stooopid huns!I think signing Humprey is a great idea. Signing a Scottish based player at a Scottish price makes better sense to me than paying
an EPL price. For every Fletcher and MaCarthy, who seemed to handle the move there are plenty like Millar and Goode Willie who
have failed. I wonder why some of our fans jump to fault our centre defenders as Celtic have conceded the least goals in both the
last two SPL campaigns. WE have achieved that and played attacking football, so really our defence cannot be the calamity case
some people make it out to be. Last weekend alone I saw examples of very highly paid EPL centre defenders setting up opposition
strikers to score gift goals. As far as I am concerned if mentally players are properly tuned in and if the right system is being played
by midfielders and the rest of the team, our defenders can do the job. Most fans would celebrate to clean sheets away from home
in Europe.
He's fast
Are we starting an athletics team?
I think he'd be a decent move, actually.
I just think that buying another winger means Paddy is going elsewhere - no bad thing, he isn't getting any younger and his inconsistency is frustrating.
We still need a CB.
The two names mentioned yesterday were Wily Boly (know nothing about him but he has a funny name) and Richard Dunne.
If it's OK, I'd rather we didn't go for Dunne - he'll be another Majstorovic.
