Identifying good young players - develop them - get them into the first team - sell them on. This is the way to go.
The season here has just finished. There was a lot of talk of him leaving Ireland this time last year but it never happened. In a recent radio interview with him I seem to recall him saying that he wasn't in any hurry to leave. Maybe strength and fitness work required but the raw materials are fairly obvious.
