Given the black and white options provided - Go. What i'd really like is for him to publicly apologize, get his head down and start scoring goals for us. Likelihood of that happening is 0 though.
I'm torn on this one. In the main his form for us has been sh*t, he has been a kn*b and has problems off the pitch, therefore you would think go. But he is a goal scorer and a very good player at this level and he also owes the club big time. If MM can get him wiring hard in training we could have a great player on our hands. I also can't see another club paying for him at the moment....
I don't know why, but I have a horrible feeling when he leaves us, he is somehow going to get his head straight, see it as a final chance, and starting banging goals in! It will NOT happen for us though, and I'd certainly imagine he will start to get a LOT of stick off the Portman Road crowd next game. That said, wouldn't it be typical of the man to have a fantastic game, score a goal or two, cup his ears to the crowd and LOVE IT. If he scores between now and the end of the season, for sure I'll be pleased I want us to win, but I cannot recall a player in an Ipswich shirt I have less wanted at the club, ever in all honesty! Who else have we had that has wound you guys up beyond belief and you've wanted to leave !? The only other player that I can recall coming close, was Andy Marshall in goal.
I suppose on a lesser scale Kevin Lisbie, dont remember him being popular, or him being a big fan of us
Get rid of this rough diamond, throughout his time with us his form has been patchy to say the least, his goalscoring ratio poor. We give him a quarter of a million pounds to pay off gambling debts. Then it comes to light he is accused with others of trying to influence horse races, which happened before he joined us. He say's he can not afford to defend himself. He has often been on twitter getting into rows with supporters, with the bag of money incident being the latest and most disgraceful incident. This is a supposed mature man, behaving like a schoolboy. Times up Mr Chopra.
On the pitch I would love for him to start doing the business but with all the negative press he brings to ITFC, I can't wait to see the back of him. Shame really but he just hasn't been very good for us, like he's taking the piss out of our nice family values and milking us for all we've got and giving nowt in return.
Cut off his wages and throw him to the... Du nuh. Duh nu. Duh nu nu nu, duh nu nu nu. Diddle dee, duh nu! We're gonna need a bigger boat. <loansharks>
I have to agree with this, I've never felt so 'anti' an Ipswich player, but that said if he is gonna stay (which is clearly is) then we need to be playing him really. He is infuriating as I would love to dump him on the side of the A14 and never see him in Ipswich again but whilst we are paying his wages (and many other debts and loans) we should be trying getting something from him, even if it is to raise his profile so we could at least give him away at the end of the season
