Since FSG dont have any real experience in football i would have liked them to poll all the season ticket holders and club members to see who the fans wanted as a new manager.Since the fans see whats going on week in week out they would have a much better idea who to go for.
bad shout.. just because they go to every game doesnt defo say they have great knowlage of the game and what we need as a club..
I'm sure they have plenty of advisers that know more about individual managers etc than season ticket holders who simply watch a game on a Saturday afternoon. Not forgetting FSG are sporting experts - yes they're new to football, but they're not stupid. They will have people working round the clock making reports, judgements etc.
Fans voted on such important decisions is not a good step to take. I am sure they will have advisors in place, plus the likes of Jose Segura, Rodolfo Borrell, Steve Clarke (as he resigned or not, he is still on LFC website but Kenny isn't), Kevin Keen, Carra and Gerrard, etc
So you telling me that people who go to watch the footie on a Saturday know more about the managerial candidates than those involved within the cub who make the decisions. If so mate - you're in the wrong job.
For goodness sake. - These are smart business men who rely on making decisions. - They have a team of experts who are probably doing a lot of work right now. - It's their money. They want to get it right as much as we want them too. - Fans voting is a ridiculous idea. - Just because they're foreign and new to the game (relatively) does not mean they are stupid, ignorant, or haven't been quickly getting up to speed. Again, these are very clever individuals. That's why they've got so much money in the first place.
