Why is it that for too many of the last 10 years we have been assessing our possibility of avoiding the drop by coming up with scenarios based on our, and others, ability to get points in early December? I for one am tired of having to even think of those possibilities, and following a team that requires it's supporters to go through this embarrassment year after year makes me wonder why we bother in the first place. I doubt whether we will even make a viable attempt to fix the everlasting problems during the transfer window as we are virtually admitting that we can't compete in this division and to start flashing around silly money like never before would be ridiculous. We tried to spend beyond our normal scope earlier in the season and for various reasons came up with nothing other than egg on our face so I'm now following the old saying that tells you that you can't make a silk purse (dreams and aspirations) out of a sow's ear (Bristol City).
GOOD ROUND OF RESULTS don't think we will ever get a better chance this season to have 3 home points! 5pts is just 2 games so far lined up for 1pt through to 10 pts.... !
