Listening to Swansea till i die(radio show) and a guy that was on there attended the Guillem Balague evening, the guy hinted that chico is very close to a call up, great news for us though! potentially 3 spanish internationals, 2Dutch internationals and the our English boys not fit to grace englands shambles of a first team!! Bad news followed the hint of chico becoming an international was that there was also the same hint (by a glace over in chico's direction) that Barca are looking for a new centre half to replace puyol and one of the guys in the frame is....<glances over to chico> Im not pissed off by any of this and its all rumour i guess but i am extremely proud of where the team has ended up!! Who the hell would have thought we would have Laudrup as a manager with full Holland and Spanish Internationals wearing our shirt every week playing for our Swans, id be gutted to lose Chico, i liked him from the start, but i would be so proud if he left Swansea to go to Barcalona! talk about surreal ! Well of course this is just what i heard on this evenings radio show and guys that went would confirm the hints and some of the other stuff guillem said. One of the things he mentioned was that Martinez WAS offered the Liverpool job but turned it down,they went for brenden instead, Martinez was also offered the number2 position at Man Utd but turned it down! I agree with you Norway, I think we are all proud of our team, and we have progressed year on year, sometimes I just have to pinch myself, we can't win every game, as one supporter on here would like us to, but he's in Noddyland!.................
