    I wont derail this thread.

OP, Hernandez is not lucky at all, its all about being in the right place at the right time. Its a skill in itself and hes very very good at it. If hes not there then no goal is scored.

I remember his first United goal when he miskicked the ball into his own face and it went in.

That just shows that he can score any goal. He may not score screamers but who cares. His header from the back of his head was ridiculous. What you would give for a player who cost £6m to score 20 goals this season. He's a great goalscorer and that's all I care about.

    I remember that! Classy.

To be fair though, he does very well considering it was his first season.

Watch this goal in the previous round. He is miles onside 6 yards out yet by the time the ball comes to him he is 3 yards ahead of the defender and improvises with a great finish. This is a footballer who can do something before the defender even notices he has the ball

I think he needs to improve other aspects of his game. However, surely he will do and lets be honest that could frighten any defender.

Credit where credits due. We could do with a little ****er like him running around <ok>

It will be interesting to see how he develops over the next couple of years.

He obviously will. This lad is just a raw talent who was born to score goals from anywhere in the 18 yard box. Being at one of the best teams in Europe he is bound to improve different types of his game. But if I am being honest I don't think he needed to do anything but, put the ball in the net last season.

A lot of great goalscorers scored untidy goals. It's about being in the right place and getting something on it.
Looks a bargain to me. :(

Or let's be positive- maybe he'll bang his head on a post :emoticon-0116-evilg

He's good in the box, not so good outside of it though.

problem with chicpea is unlike other great finishers - he doesn't hit the ball, just the ball rebounds of him fortunately for him into the net on many occasions.
